Leave a voicemail. Title Offices, Realtors, and Taxpayers, if forms need to be submitted, e-mail communication is encouraged. Whether by phone or e-mail, Heather Hoffman will typically respond the same day or the following. The exception to this is Sundays or Vacations.  Taxpayers wishing to meet with the assessor or receive a copy of their property record card information can arrange this by emailing or phoning the assessor.
